$D$ = Distance from pulley or drum, units of length
$\phi$ = included angle, degrees
Equations
$$ \phi = atan \, \left( \frac {d}{D} \right) $$
$$ d = D \, tan \, \phi $$
$$ D = \frac {d}{tan \, \phi} $$
